    Is there a minimum?

    Yes, $1,000, which covers up to 50 guests.

    Who provides the beer?

    It depends on your event and venue. We'll walk you through the options and handle the details with you.

    Do I need a liquor permit for my event?

    It depends on where your event is held. New York State requires a one-day event permit for alcohol service at many locations:

    • Private residence: A permit is typically not required.
    • Licensed venue (golf course, banquet hall, etc.): Requirements vary by venue. We'll verify the details with your venue before your event.
    • Rented or public space without a liquor license: A one-day permit is required. We handle the permit for a $75 fee.

    Permits must be filed at least 15 business days before your event, so let us know your venue early. Not sure which applies to you? Reach out and we'll help you figure it out.

    How many guests can you serve?

    Most events up to 200 guests are covered by our standard setup. Larger events get a custom quote.

    How far do you travel?

    All of Western New York, and statewide for the right event, at $1.50 per mile round trip from Brockport, NY.

    Where does the gratuity go?

    The gratuity is optional, and all of it goes to your bartenders.

    How do I hold my date?
